Resend is built for developers. toSend also fits WordPress sites and agencies.
Resend has a great developer experience, React Email and a growing feature set. toSend covers sites, apps and client work: no monthly plan, unlimited domains, WordPress without code, and a team for every client.
What you'd pay each month
Resend's Pro plan starts at 50,000 emails, so small senders pay for more than they use. Near 100,000 the prices are close. toSend charges for the emails you actually send.
| Emails a month | toSend | Resend |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | $3 | $20 Pro, 50K plan |
| 100,000 | $30 | $35 Pro, 100K |
| 1,000,000 | $300 | $650 Scale, 1M |

- You manage client sites and want one balance and one invoice across all their teams.
- You send from more than 10 domains and don't want the Scale plan to do it.
- Some of your sites are WordPress and you'd rather click than code.
Choose Resend if

- You need inbound email, open and click tracking, or templates.
- You want webhooks for every event, with retries and replay.
- You need 30 days of logs.
Switching from Resend
You don't have to move everything at once. toSend runs alongside Resend, so you can move one site or app first and keep the rest where they are.
Full migration guide: field map, SMTP settings and webhook events
- Create a toSend account and add your domain. Our DKIM record has its own name (
tosend._domainkey). Resend also uses asendrecord: if yours already holds the values we show, keep it. If not, try toSend on a subdomain or a second domain first, then move the main domain when you're ready. - Wait for the domain to verify. We check every 10 minutes and activate it as soon as the records are visible. On Cloudflare, one click adds them.
- Swap the send call. Our send endpoint takes a similar JSON body (from, to, subject, html), and our SDKs cover Node, PHP, Laravel, Python and Go. SMTP users only change the host and password.
- Send a test and find it in your toSend logs. When you're happy, move the next site. Keep your Resend account until the last one has moved.
Questions
Is toSend cheaper than Resend?
At 10,000 emails, $3 against $20. At a million, $300 against $650. At 100,000 it's $30 against $35, and Resend includes features we don't have, so compare what you'll use.
Does toSend work with React Email?
Yes, as HTML. Render your React Email template to HTML in your app and send that through our API or an SDK.
Resend already added send records to my domain. Do they clash?
Our DKIM record has its own name (tosend._domainkey), so that one never clashes. Both services use a record named send. If yours already holds the values our dashboard shows, keep it. If the values differ, a domain can only have one set, so test toSend on a subdomain first and move the main domain once you're ready.
Resend figures are list prices and documented limits from resend.com/pricing, checked 27 September 2026. Monthly cost is the cheapest Resend plan that covers the volume, before tax. toSend costs $0.30 per 1,000 emails at every volume.
