Send from the EU
Teams can now send from Frankfurt. Choose the EU sending region when you sign up or when you create a team. EU teams show a flag in the team menu.

Email data stored in the EU for every team
Email logs, email content and suppression lists are now stored in the European Union, whichever region a team sends from. Email content is deleted after 14 days.

Manage domains, logs, suppressions, webhooks, sending keys and client teams from your own code. Admin keys are scoped: they get only the permissions you choose. All five SDKs now include an admin client.

Emails retried when sending is busy
When an email hits a sending rate limit, it now waits and tries again instead of using up its retries.

Export email logs as CSV
Download the emails on the Logs page as a CSV file, with your search, status and domain filters applied, up to 50,000 rows at a time.

If a verified domain loses a DNS record, the email we send now names the record that's missing.

Low-credit alerts you control
Set your own low-credit alert level on the Billing page, or set it to 0 to turn alerts off. You'll get a daily reminder while your balance is low, and a notice if sending stops.

A DKIM key for each team
New domains are signed with a DKIM key unique to your team, so DNS records left behind by a removed domain can't be used to verify it in another account.

Every account can now have up to 25 client teams, and you can delete a team from the Billing page.

One-click DNS setup on Cloudflare
If your domain's DNS is on Cloudflare, one click adds all three records for you.

When you delete a verified domain, we email you the DNS records that can now be removed.

Domains verify by themselves
Once your DNS records are visible, we verify the domain automatically. We check every 10 minutes, so there's no need to come back and click Verify.

SMTP relay
Send from any app or plugin with SMTP settings through smtp.tosend.com, on ports 465 and 587, or 2465 and 2587 on networks that block the standard ports. Connection details are under Settings, SMTP.

Domains with no mail server skipped
Before sending, we check that the recipient's domain can receive email. Domains that don't exist are skipped, which protects your sending reputation.
