Pricing

$0.30 per 1,000 emails. That's the whole price list.

No plans to compare, no monthly minimum and no feature held back for a higher tier. Buy credits when you need them, and they never expire.

What it costs at your volume

The rate is the same at every volume, so the bill grows only as fast as your sending.

How credits work

  • One recipient, one credit

Each To, CC and BCC address uses one credit. An email to two people with one CC uses three.

  • Top up from $10

Buy credits by card whenever you need them. They never expire, so there's nothing to use up before a renewal date.

  • One balance for every team

Client teams draw from the main account's credits. You top up once and get one invoice for all of them.

Pricing questions

Are there plans, tiers or a monthly fee?

No. There is one rate, $0.30 per 1,000 emails, and no subscription. If you send nothing this month, you pay nothing this month.

How do the free 10,000 emails work?

New accounts start with 10,000 credits. You don't need a card to sign up. When they run out, top up from $10.

What happens if my credits run out?

Sending stops until you top up: the API rejects new sends with a clear error instead of queueing them. We email you before that happens, when your balance drops below your low-credit alert level (10,000 credits unless you change it).

Is anything charged on top?

No. Domains, teams, logs, SMTP, webhooks and the Admin API are all included. We also don't sell add-ons. There's no open or click tracking, inbound email, stored templates or dedicated IPs to upsell, because we don't offer them.

Do I get invoices?

Yes. Every purchase has an invoice you can view and print from the Billing page. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

I run sites for clients. How is that billed?

Add each client as a team under your account. Each team keeps its own domains, logs and sending reputation, and all of them draw from your one credit balance. You can pass the cost on however you like.
